Saviga 388D-2 Table Tennis Rubber is a long spike with little grip and excellent breaking effect. Compared to the D-1 the spike is more controlling, on block it is slower and gives a strong reversal, while on the attacking strike it is on the contrary faster and gives a complex trajectory. The undercut defence is very controlling and easy to execute. The D-2 is easier to control than the D-1 and it is easier to vary the spin due to the fact that the spikes, although stiff, are elastic and flexible.
