Will I get updates about my order?Yes. Right after you buy, we send WhatsApp, SMS, and email messages. Each message shows your order status and a tracking link.

How do I track my order?Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipment details and a tracking number. You can also find the same in 'My Orders' section on Table Tennis Empire website.

Do you ship across India?Yes. We ship to every PIN code in India.

When do you ship my order?Orders placed before 4 pm (Mon–Sat) leave the same day. Later orders go out the next working day. We don’t ship on Sundays or public holidays.

Do you ship outside India?Not yet. We are working on it. We will let you know when international shipping starts.

How long will my order take to reach me?Most items arrive in 3–7 working days. Big cities get them in about 3 days; remote areas may need up to 7 days.

How long does delivery take for large items like tables?These bulky items ship by road. They usually reach you in 5–10 working days, depending on your location.

Are your products genuine?Yes. We buy straight from the brands or their authorised distributors, so every item is 100% genuine.

How do I get a GST invoice for my order?Email your order number and GSTIN to info@tabletennisempire.com, or call/WhatsApp us on +91-95555-22885. We’ll prepare the GST invoice and send it to you.

Are my payments secure?Yes. We use Razorpay, a trusted Indian payment gateway. Your card or UPI details never touch our servers; they stay on Razorpay’s secure system.

Do I need to pay extra for shipping?A very small shipping fee is added at checkout. It covers safe, fast delivery.

How will I know my order went through?Right after payment, we send a confirmation message to your email, WhatsApp, and SMS inbox.

Are taxes already included in the price?Yes. Every price you see includes GST, so no extra tax is added at checkout.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?No. We accept only prepaid payments through UPI, cards, net-banking, and other online methods.

Can I cancel my order?Yes, if we haven’t packed your parcel yet or, in the case of a custom racket, if gluing hasn’t started. Call us right away on +91-9555522889 with your order number and we’ll cancel it and give you a full refund.

Is it safe to shop on your website?Yes. The site has an SSL “lock” and runs on secure, hacker-proof servers, so your data stays protected.

What payment options are available?You can pay by UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net-banking with all major Indian banks, popular mobile wallets, or direct bank transfer. Every transaction is processed through Razorpay’s secure gateway.

Are you a certified table tennis seller?Yes, Table Tennis Empire is one of the few certified sellers in India for almost all major table tennis brands. You can view the certificates in the pinned post on our official Instagram page.

Where can I get a discount coupon?We share coupon codes in our email newsletter (sign-up link is in the footer) and on our Instagram and Facebook pages. Customer support does not issue coupon codes.

Do you offer racket assembly if I buy the blade and rubbers from you?Yes. When you purchase both the blade and rubbers from Table Tennis Empire, add our “Table Tennis Rubber Cutting & Pasting Service” to your cart and our dedicated expert team will cut and glue them for a small fee. (We don’t assemble gear bought elsewhere.)

We're buying for a club, team, or coaching center. Can we get a discount?Yes. We offer special bulk prices for clubs, teams, and coaching centers. Call or WhatsApp us at +91-95555-22885 with your product list, and we’ll send you a custom quote.

How can I get an alert when an out-of-stock item is available again?Click the “Notify Me” button on the product page. We’ll send you an alert as soon as the item is available.

When will an out-of-stock item be back?We can’t give an exact date. Restock times depend on factory and import schedules.

How do I add the racket assembly service to my order?Add your blade and rubbers to the cart. Search for “Table Tennis Rubber Cutting & Pasting Service” and add that product to the cart as well. If you’re buying more than one blade or extra rubbers, use the Order Notes/Comments box at checkout to tell us the exact combination you want assembled.

I chose the wrong products. Can I edit the order?Yes, if we haven’t packed your parcel yet or, in the case of a custom racket, if gluing hasn’t started. Call us right away on +91-95555-22889 with your order number and the changes you need. Once packing (or gluing) has begun, the order cannot be changed and you will need to place a new one.
