Non-returnable: Used equipment, customized bats, gift cards, clearance items, rubbers with seal broken.
Refund Method

Refund issued to the original payment method, or store credit (based on customer preference).

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or wrong item sent.
Return Shipping

Damaged/Wrong Item

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with unboxing video or photo proof.
