Table Tennis Empire — “Win Cashback” Program

1) Overview

The Win Cashback program (“Program”) rewards eligible customers of Table Tennis Empire (“we”, “our”) with a cashback rebate for sharing their delivered order on Instagram and completing the steps below. This is a promotional rebate, not a game of chance. Valid in India only.

2) Eligibility

  • You must be 18+ and a resident of India.

  • Minimum order value: ₹500 (calculated after discounts, including taxes, and excluding shipping).

  • One cashback per order.

  • Per-customer limit: Maximum one claim per 30 days.

  • Employees, agents, resellers, and bulk buyers of Table Tennis Empire are not eligible.

3) How to participate (7-day window)

You must complete the steps below within 7 days of delivery:

  1. Post on Instagram

    • Share an unboxing photo or video of your order.

    • Format: Instagram Post or Instagram Story (either is fine).

    • Keep the Post/Story live for at least 7 days after you send your claim.

  2. Tag us

    • Tag @tabletennisempire in your Post/Story.

    • (Optional, helpful for discovery: #tabletennisempire)

  3. Send Instagram DM

    • DM @tabletennisempire with:

      • Screenshot of your Post/Story (showing our tag)

      • Order Number (for this order)

      • UPI ID (to receive cashback via UPI)

    • Private accounts: Your DM screenshot is sufficient proof.

4) Cashback amount & cap

Cashback depends on your order value as per the slabs below (maximum ₹700 per order):

  • ₹500 – ₹1,000 → ₹20

  • ₹1,001 – ₹4,000 → ₹70

  • ₹4,001 – ₹7,000 → ₹100

  • ₹7,001 – ₹10,000 → ₹150

  • ₹10,001 – ₹13,000 → ₹200

  • ₹13,001 – ₹16,000 → ₹250

  • ₹16,001 – ₹19,000 → ₹300

  • ₹19,001 – ₹22,000 → ₹350

  • ₹22,001 – ₹25,000 → ₹400

  • ₹25,001 – ₹28,000 → ₹450

  • ₹28,001 – ₹31,000 → ₹500

  • ₹31,001 – ₹34,000 → ₹550

  • ₹34,001 – ₹37,000 → ₹600

  • ₹37,001 – ₹40,000 → ₹650

  • ₹40,001+ → ₹700

Notes: Cashback is a rebate and is non-transferable. It cannot be combined with other cashback programs unless we specify in writing.

5) Verification & payout

  • We verify that your Post/Story relates to your order, includes the tag, was posted within 7 days of delivery, and remains live for 7 days after your claim.

  • Payout timeline: within 30 days after verification, via UPI to the UPI ID you provide.

  • If a UPI payout fails due to incorrect details or banking/UPI issues, we may provide a Table Tennis Empire Gift Card of the same value as a fallback.

6) Returns, cancellations & changes after payout

  • Cancelled or fully returned orders: cashback is not payable.

  • Partial returns: cashback is cancelled if the final net order value falls below the minimum/slab threshold.

  • If cashback is already paid and the order is later returned/refunded, we reserve the right to reverse or offset the cashback against future orders or request repayment.

7) Anti-abuse & content rules

  • We may reject claims that are fraudulent, manipulated, unrelated to the order, copied, or that violate Instagram rules or Indian law.

  • Multiple posts for the same order still count as one cashback.

  • Your content must be your own and must not include offensive, unsafe, or unlawful material.

8) Permission to use your content (UGC)

By participating, you grant Table Tennis Empire a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, repost, edit, and share your submitted content (including your Instagram handle) on Table Tennis Empire’s channels (website, social media, ads, email) for marketing and promotional purposes, without further notice or payment.

9) Privacy & data

  • We collect only what we need to run this Program: your Instagram handle, order number, screenshots for verification, and your UPI ID for payout.

  • We use this data only to verify eligibility, process payouts, comply with law, and improve the Program.

  • We do not sell your personal data.

  • We retain claim data for 12 months for accounting/dispute purposes, then delete or anonymise it.

10) Platform disclaimer

This Program is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. You are providing information to Table Tennis Empire, not to Instagram.

11) Changes, suspension & termination

We may modify, suspend, or end the Program or its slabs at any time for legal, operational, or fair-use reasons. Changes apply prospectively; claims submitted before a change will be handled under the terms shown on this page at the time of submission.

12) Liability limit

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Table Tennis Empire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from or related to this Program, including network, platform, or banking/UPI failures. This does not limit liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

13) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
