After using the Sanwei Target National Black Sponge, I decided to try the Neo Hurricane 3 Provincial Orange Sponge as the former is very difficult to procure these days. This was a pleasant experience as both the rubbers are very similar on topspin, touch and push play, with the Neo giving me a little more speed on flat hits and punches.
The only downfall is that the arc is slightly higher than Sanwei (Black) which occasionally shoots the ball out. So I need to adjust the angle consciously.
Its a really nice rubber, yeah but definitely needs booster . I am a chopper and have been playing with European Rubber on My forehand, its really good for service and receive game. And u need good strength to attack with this rubber , need to engage sponge when attacking . chopping action is also different from the European rubber( for eg Tenergy), but once u get used to it .. its really good for everything. Its can create heavy backspin chops and counter topspin is the main advantage.
